“Whatever the cost of our libraries, the price is cheap compared to that of an ignorant nation.”

-Walter Cronkite

Is it a surprise that our ignorance and intolerance for what we don’t understand (or don’t deem important enough to understand) keeps growing through the years as we burn down our libraries and ignore the written word of those who came before us? It is not until our world is being consumed in the inferno that we created for ourselves that we will realize the price of ignorance, the cost of striking the match.
